25 JULY 2024 -- WELLFLEET, MA -- Built in 1949 by Architect and Bauhaus enthusiast Nathaniel Saltonstall, The Colony was envisioned as a mid-century modern retreat for high-society art collectors. It later transferred to the Stefani family in 1963 where it found a new generation of high profile enthusiasts, including Faye Dunaway and Paul Newman.
